“I love my dog but she is not a happy-go-lucky lab excited to meet everyone she meets; Barbie is a rescue who can be quite fearful of strangers coming into her personal space. Even a year into their relationship, Barbie still occasionally gets fearful of Marybeth taking her out and even though I’m sure that can be disheartening at times, Marybeth has been nothing but patient with Barbie. She’s always checking in to see if Barbie’s had any triggers recently or what she can do to help. Beyond her commitment to my dog, Marybeth is always easy to reach, lovely, and responsible- I trust her not only with my dog but also with the key to my house!”

“I had to travel to Vancouver for a work conference in June 2023 and was worried about leaving my 10 month old puppy, Cooper, with a stranger for two days. It turns out I had nothing to worry about!
Marybeth, at Puppy Time Vancouver, was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She replied promptly to my initial inquiry and set up a Zoom “meet and greet” within a week. She came right to my hotel room to look after Cooper while I was in conference. She arrived early both days and sent a text message to let me know she was on her way. Throughout the day, she sent text messages and photos/video clips, letting me know that Cooper was doing well.
I found Marybeth to be very professional and conscientious. She laid out her services very well so I knew what to expect and didn’t have any surprises. Overall, a great experience for both me and my puppy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marybeth to anyone looking for pet sitting in Vancouver!”
